Please ensure you have clearly labeled the main photo you would like to appear on the screen for the duration of the service.

If you would like your photos to appear in a specific order please ensure you number them prior to uploading them to this form.

It is incredibly important to ensure you have collated all your photos together prior to sending them through. Sending through your photos in multiple batches runs the risk of photos being missed from the tribute.
